Ortho Hors D'oeuvres (Prompt):

Patient is a 17 year-old girl presenting after a forced inversion injury to her right foot while playing soccer. Has been ambulatory since but prefers to walk with some crutches that her older brother used last year. She has tenderness at the base of the fifth metatarsal so ankle films are obtained.
