Ortho Hors D'oeuvres (Prompt)

Patient is a 26 year-old male presenting with right knee pain. He was playing basketball when he jumped up for a layup and landed on his right knee. He experienced right knee pain, had immediate swelling, and was unable to bear weight due to pain. He has intact pulses and sensation and strength distal to the injury and no overlying abrasions or lacerations.

2) What are the next steps in diagnosis?
